All orders are subject to acceptance by HD Brown, and such acceptance is conditional upon the Purchaser's acceptance of the terms and conditions printed below. PurchaserÂ’s taking delivery of any merchandise or payment of invoice shall be conclusive evidence of Purchaser's acceptance of such terms and conditions.

H.D. Brown reserves the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and the right at any time to reject, correct cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.

HD Brown reserves the right to discontinue product lines and to make changes in products at any time without notice. All products purchased on-line must be shipped to an address located in Canada.

Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send an email to your email address confirming your payment in full processed correctly. That confirmation email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with H.D. Brown Enterprises Ltd.
